Underground Paste Crew MemberLocation: Northern Ontario, Canada Roster: 14 days on / 14 days off (days and nights) The RoleWe are seeking experienced underground miners to join a dedicated Paste Crew at a leading Canadian mining operation. This position plays an essential role in installing, monitoring, and maintaining underground paste fill systems, ensuring safe and efficient support to ongoing production activities. ResponsibilitiesSafely install and maintain paste, water, air, and pump piping networks.Build and monitor paste bulkheads, pumps, and reticulation systems.Inspect and troubleshoot pipe networks for leaks or damage.Operate service and auxiliary equipment as needed.Support service crews with ventilation and other underground tasks.Follow all safety standards and ensure compliance within the crew.What You BringMinimum 3 years' experience working in underground Paste or Service Crews.Hard Rock Mining Common Core (or equivalent) preferred - training can be arranged if needed.Strong safety record and commitment to safe work practices.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work independently or as part of a team.Physically fit to handle underground demands, including lifting equipment and working on uneven ground.Effective problem-solving and communication skills.What's OfferedCompetitive pay structure with full benefits.Full-relocation available.Opportunities to work globally.RRSP options, medical coverage, and travel allowance.Camp accommodations and meals provided during roster.Career growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.
