Program ManagerBe part of a high-growth digital and customer experience consulting firm that has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in America by Inc. 5000 and honored in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 North America.As a Program Manager at Altudo, you will manage large consulting and web development projects for our clients; and responsibilities will encompass all facets of project management, relationship management, technical guidance, business analysis, client expectation management and account development.Job Responsibilities:Ensure project deliverables meet/exceeds the project sponsors specified expectations.Ensure project activity and deliverables adhere to internal quality standards.Develop detailed project plan, project scheduled and resource plan with project team members and business team.Define and manage the project risk, investigate and help team to resolve these.Create the project status report highlighting the critical issues for management and team.Will lead & manage the delivery of project(s) with a focus on design and development for websites and mobile apps, content production for web and social platforms, and digital marketing strategy.Develop and maintain delivery approaches, and effectively execute and deliver throughout the life of assigned project(s) according to established processes and procedures, utilizing the correct tools, and ensuring success is defined and expectations are met and setBuilding strong relationships with clientsDevelop full-scale project plans, track project milestones and deliverablesIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical pathDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Pro-actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.Work with offshore delivery team to ensure successful deliveryMotivate and supervise team members and mentor them for next levelConduct project closure meeting and identify successful and unsuccessful projectCritical Competencies required:Must have at least 8 years of experience in Digital project management with end to end website design and implementation experience.Must have good understanding about agile practices.Ability to manage all phases of website redesign project with project strategy, design and development phases.Experience in content management system (preferably Sitecore) will be a plusGood knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and KPIs.Should have experience in working with digital agencies and managing onsite/offshore team.Should have excellent client communication/stake holder management skillsShould have experience in Microsoft project and other project management tools like JIRA.Should have worked with large clientsWhat we offer:Accelerated Growth: Performers at Altudo experience faster career progression and upskill opportunities, enabling them to outpace peers in growth and expertise.Dynamic Work Opportunity: Collaborate on cutting-edge customer experience projects, gaining global exposure and industry insights.Pursue Excellence: Be part of a success story by innovating through campaigns and mentorship, receiving recognition, and fostering growth with supportive teams.Competitive Salary and Benefits Package: Enjoy a rewarding compensation structure paired with comprehensive benefits.About AltudoAltudo is an award-winning customer experience consulting firm with a global presence across the US, Canada, and South America.
