Youll work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Business Unit leadership to drive excellence across procurement, materials planning, logistics, and production scheduling.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all supply chain functions including sourcing, purchasing (direct and indirect), materials planning, warehousing, logistics, and inventory control.Lead a cross-functional team to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and supplier performance aligned with business goals.Implement and optimize Lean material management processes such as Kanban, pull systems, Min-Max, and JIT.Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to plan demand and align capacity with customer requirements.Champion continuous improvement, cost reduction, and a zero-incident safety culture.Provide strategic insights through metrics and reporting to support operational decision-making.About YouBachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and data-driven decision-making.Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and drive results across departments.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Canadian work authorization (no sponsorship available).Why JoinThis is a chance to join a stable, forward-looking company at the intersection of energy, technology, and manufacturingwhere your leadership will directly influence operational performance and future growth.
