Location: Scarborough, ON (DON8 Fulfillment Center) Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate hourly associates to meet operational goals. Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery standards. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Safety, HR, Engineering, QA, Loss Prevention). Support Amazons customer promise by maintaining order accuracy and ontime performance. Perform physical tasks: lifting up to 49 lbs, standing/walking for 12hour shifts, and working in varied temperatures. Adapt to changing operational needs including weekends, nights, and holidays. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent, OR 2+ years of Amazon (FTE/blue badge) experience. 2+ years of employee and performance management experience. Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, lean techniques, or process improvement.
