Your New Role As a Project Coordinator , you will support the project management team in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, track project milestones, and ensure smooth communication across all teams involved in the development process. What You'll Need to Succeed Project Management Support: Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day coordination of construction activities. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, track budgets, prepare progress reports, and assist in reporting to senior management. Scheduling & Resource Management: Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Problem-Solving Skills: Proactively identify potential issues and assist in finding practical solutions to keep projects on track.
