As a vital member of our team, you will get to enjoy some great benefits: **What is in it for you?** - **Competitive compensation: Starting at $20 per hour based on experience** - **Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefit programs for you and your family, including an RRSP program with company matching** - We will develop your skills and certifications with our excellent training program & opportunity for advancement - The opportunity to work with an excellent team and great customers - Regular day shifts - Great discounts for you and your family on tires, parts and mechanical services **Primary Responsibilities:** - Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians - Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up. - Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received - Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers - Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system. - Keep promotional material updated in the showroom. - Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field. - Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules. - Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts **What does it take to get on track?** - Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is an asset - Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations - Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical services - Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Drivers Abstract - Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must - A team player who takes pride in their work **At Fountain Tire, youd have a great place to work!
