Job Description Customer Supply Chain Associates collaborate with sales, logistics, plants, and production planners to manage and fulfill orders. They work directly with multiple customers and sales reps to provide exceptional support. Whats in it for you? Competitive salary from $50,000 to $52,000 Health and benefits plan Retirement savings program Growth opportunities within a diverse and inclusive organization Work with an industry leader in manufacturing Responsibilities include: Order management, including monitoring, tracking, and updating shipping dates using Excel and dashboards Proactive communication with customers regarding order and shipment status Developing strong customer relationships, including travel across North America for site visits Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing Navigating a supply chain network of 12 plants and 2 distribution centers Providing daily reports using Excel Verifying orders across multiple systems for accuracy Leading projects with structured problem-solving methodologies like Lean Six Sigma Ideal candidate qualities: Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills Problem-solving ability and creative thinking Organizational skills Ability to manage high volumes of emails and orders Analytical skills Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Inventory Control, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred) 1+ years of relevant experience Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Customer-focused with relationship-building skills JDE experience is a plus Benefits of employment: We invest in our employees, offering competitive pay, healthcare, and a supportive work environment that fosters loyalty and teamwork.
