Clinical Team Lead - RTW Coordination Calgary South, AB This position is a fixed-term contract until approximately March 2027. About This Opportunity Are you a rehabilitation therapist who leads by example in upholding best practices in care delivery? Do you strive to build and inspire a team of clinicians in alignment with our corporate values and vision as well as clinical goals and service standards? Key Responsibilities: Promote and facilitate communication to assist in the rehabilitation process Provide insight on clinical practice, business development and leadership Lead and inspire others, developing and retaining talent, mentoring and leading by example Maintain a strong clinical practice with excellent patient outcomes Set goals, track progress and take on new challenges Build strong relationships in the wider community Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders and organizations that refer patients to CBI Health Provide clinic input into business decisions, the service delivery model and developmental opportunities Ensure that the service delivered aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs) Align local objectives with corporate and functional goals, identifying business metrics to meet and exceed CBI Healths vision and values Organize resources to solve problems and make tough decisions, both independently and as part of a team Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a private clinic or rehabilitation setting A master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Psychology Registration in good standing in your professions governing Alberta college A results-oriented, adaptable and well-organized approach with the ability to function independently Sound written and verbal communication skills and a well-developed ability to multitask The ability to provide employees with development and coaching Enthusiasm for furthering your skills through additional training and development What CBI Health Offers You: Continuous learning and skills development, including management opportunities Training and mentoring from a national network of experts Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits and rewards package, including group health, dental and vision benefits, paid 100% by the employer Excellent administrative support, so you can focus on your patients Flexible hours, which allow work-life balance and focus on quality of life CBI Health is proud to be recognized by Deloitte as one of Canadas Best Managed Companies for the 15th year in a row.
