Job Overview Join Enerflex Ltd. as a Technical Sales Representative - Retrofit. Reporting to the Retrofit General Manager, the purpose of this role is to maintain and grow relationships with current and future customers to achieve sales and grow revenue. The ideal candidate will have a foundation of integrity, commitment, and creativity to drive the organization forward. This position is based in Southeast Calgary, Alberta. Responsibilities and Duties Liaison between customers, applications engineering, and project managers for ongoing retrofit projects. Develop relationships and create business development with new customers. Work with applications engineering on compressor and process solutions. Manage and maintain relationships with external and internal customers. Effectively resolve customer issues. Collect market intelligence for strategic growth opportunities. Evaluate and inspect surplus compression equipment for potential purchase and retrofit. Update the retrofit team and customer information. Continuous learning of Enerflex product lines and equipment. Travel throughout Western Canada and other Enerflex locations as required. Qualifications 5+ years of experience with gas compression packaging and support. A post-secondary education or trades certification is an asset. Customer-centric with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient with MS Applications and compressor performance programs.
