This is a high-impact role for a driven, entrepreneurial-minded marketing professional with the experience and foresight to lead. Position Overview The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and evolving our strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels. From content strategy and digital campaigns to tradeshow execution and market research, this individual will lead the day-to-day function while contributing to high-level planning and team leadership. We are looking for someone with strong marketing experience (B2B experience will be favoured), exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the functional food & beverage industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can confidently run point on projects, manage day-to-day content generation, and deliver data-driven results. Key Responsibilities Execute and evolve the companys annual marketing plan in collaboration with senior leadership. Manage our omnichannel marketing calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns. Lead content development for LinkedIn, email campaigns, tradeshows, and sales collateral. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, paid LinkedIn ads, and website performance. Optimize campaigns to generate and nurture qualified B2B leads. Collaborate with external agencies for creative development, SEO, and advertising partnerships. Conduct competitor and trend analysis to support product positioning and market differentiation. Assist in the planning and execution of North American and European tradeshows and events (branding, booth strategy, design, promotional material). Support sales and leadership teams with pre-show and post-show marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment across all initiatives. Take ownership of KPIs, and reporting dashboards. Role Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA or post-grad certifications are also an asset). 58 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or functional ingredient/CPG space. Proven ability to drive strategy, manage multiple projects, and lead external agency relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for technical subject matter and storytelling. Experience with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva (or similar) Google Analytics, and project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana). Tradeshow and event coordination experience required. Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into actionable recommendations. Passion for health, wellness, and clean-label innovation is a major plus.
