Responsibilities The Wealth Management Associate Program is a salaried program aimed at developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are pursuing a career in credit-focused banking. The program focuses on building core credit underwriting and relationship management skills. Work alongside Private Banking teams to gain practical experience in client service and financial advice for high-net-worth clients. Participate in a comprehensive training program to understand Scotiabanks Private Banking and Wealth Advisory businesses and prepare for client-facing roles. Requirements You're completing an undergraduate or masters degree by June 2026, or you are a recent grad with less than 5 years of experience and have work experience in building client relationships and providing financial advice. You aspire to build a career as a personal Banker. Youre curious, critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with others. You have a sales and relationship focused mindset. You can demonstrate an ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus as well as the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Youre flexible and thrive in fast-paced environments. You have strong organization and time management skills and enjoy working in both team and independent settings. You value feedback and actively seek opportunities for self-development.
