Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath role at The Home Depot . Designers support three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, arrange for kitchen and/or bath measures, review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. They support stock levels of samples and brochures and ensure displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities Provide welcoming, responsive service to customers; assess kitchen and/or bath project needs. Offer showroom tours, coordinate measurements, and review room designs with customers; make purchasing recommendations. Monitor and restock samples and brochures to support product availability. Maintain a clean, appealing, and safe store appearance; ensure special order displays and showrooms reflect brand standards. Support store and department goals by contributing to sales and customer satisfaction.
