The Recruiter's primary focus is to attract and screen top talent to meet the needs of our Randstad clients. Working closely with Account Managers and Staffing Consultants, you must effectively manage the profitability of your business. The Resource Manager conducts intake meetings, sources candidates, screens, assesses, presents to hiring managers, schedules interviews, and onboards talent. They use their technology, personality, and curiosity along with virtual, social, and verbal communication skills to make things happen.
