Overview Location: Mississauga Job type: Onsite What critical experiences will you get? Youll be based out of one of our world-class manufacturing and distribution facilities. The goal of this Leadership Program is to develop the next great People leaders of PepsiCo. Your initial assignment will familiarize you with our day-to-day business operations and leading in a front-line Supply Chain organization. This experience will include motivating a frontline team, problem-solving issues, and removing barriers to help win the shift. You will also track business-critical KPIs to identify trends and focus on meaningful projects that support PepsiCos journey to be a Faster, Stronger, and Better Company. Responsibilities Applying theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability. Executing the Annual Operating Plan for Production. Achieving performance standards regarding safety, line utilization, and quality. Tracking key performance indicators/costs, anticipating, and correcting trends that could impact financial targets. Overseeing and ensuring facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime. Building people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel. Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations. Ensuring compliance with all quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP, GMP, and SSOPs. Qualifications Bachelors degree completed by August 2025. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people. Proven problem solver with the ability to manage competing priorities. Collaborative team-player with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach. A passion for and a demonstrated commitment to extracurricular activities and community involvement.
