Use CRM to compile and maintain a list of all leads, ensuring agents have up-to-date information to facilitate the listing and closing process. Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them to move forward in the sales pipeline, enabling agents to provide an efficient sales process. Qualifications : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate must be bilingual (Spanish & English) at a conversational skill level or higher.
