Overview Seasonal Ambassador - Robson Street at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America. Seasonal Ambassadors are experts in product and brand knowledge, providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. They cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to shop excellence in both sales and operations, surpassing daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment. Responsibilities Sales and Customer Experience: Driving sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results, seeking feedback, and taking ownership of your results to contribute to the stores overall sales. Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class experience to every customer by listening, asking open-ended questions, demonstrating product benefits, and finding opportunities to make customers day. Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging). Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to increase traffic and impact. Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to confidently recommend products. Team Involvement Development: Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and seek feedback and opportunities to improve. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB): Encourage open communication, listen to diverse perspectives, foster belonging, promote teamwork, and value each employees contributions. Operational Excellence Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, present, and engaged; participate in teamwork and stay aligned with company updates. Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Stock and Inventory: Use visual merchandising guidelines to adjust displays based on sales to improve the customer experience. Policies and Procedures: Adhere to opening/closing procedures, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards. Qualifications Required: Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations Experience working in a team, skincare or cosmetics Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages Compensation: Robson Street: $19.50 CAD per hour.
