Job Title: Marketing Campaign Specialist (Contract) Calgary, Canada (Contract through March 31, 2026) Responsibilities Develop and launch targeted marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of ECO Canada products and services. Lead website updates, ensuring messaging is current, engaging, and aligned with program goals. Redefine program messaging to strengthen positioning and drive demand. Plan and execute campaigns to generate leads and increase enrollment in ECO Academy training programs. Build and manage partnerships that expand reach and enhance curriculum opportunities. Act as the lead marketer for ECO Academy during the contract period, ensuring sustained growth. Create and implement campaigns to drive awareness, membership, and engagement in the Environmental Professional (EP) program. Support the growth of all EP programs, with tailored marketing strategies and tracking of campaign effectiveness. Qualifications Strong written and oral communication skills. Proven experience in campaign development, digital marketing, and content creation. Knowledge of SEO, website CMS (WordPress), and email marketing platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight timelines. Creative thinker with strong initiative and attention to detail. Experience in education, professional training, or association marketing is an asset. Education And Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or communications roles. Experience designing assets in Canva or Adobe Suite is preferred. Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
