The role combines project management, performance analytics, client management, case management, and people skills. Successful candidates are positive, driven, and committed to building outstanding and innovative support programs. A Day in the Life (What you will do here) Design and implement programs per the sponsors strategic direction and meet client needs Oversee overall program performance across services such as reimbursement, patient coordination, and medication management Develop reimbursement expertise in therapeutic areas and build content for training Manage stakeholder escalations to client satisfaction Provide portfolio insights and intelligence (market, competitive, payer) Evaluate program strengths/weaknesses and propose operational improvements with change management Collaborate with analytics to design, produce, and deliver program-related reporting Participate or lead client meetings and coordinate with internal departments for optimal execution Support quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives, including CAPA activities Oversee case managers to ensure service quality and proper documentation Monitor staff performance and training needs; assist with scheduling and staffing changes Engage in program design and development activities (documentation, SOPs, flows, charts) Manage project setup (telephony, data collection tools, reports) and day-to-day activities Address ad hoc client requests and coordinate resources; communicate with external stakeholders Participate in consulting/research projects as needed and communicate program status to the account manager Perform other duties as assigned by management What you need to ensure you are set up for success University degree in applicable field Broad knowledge in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, or related fields Experience in Rare Disease therapeutic area is an asset 1-3 years in a Program Management role Minimum of 2 years in a People Management role Expertise in complex reimbursement, patient assistance programs, and related processes Understanding of technology trends and impact on key clients Knowledge of full-service call center programs Ability to interpret financial data and manage a budget Strong customer/client management background Exceptional project management skills from vision to implementation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with track record of new concept development Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to develop talent What makes you a great fit for this team Commitment to providing a high level of service to internal and external clients Adaptable with a track record of success during growth and change Proven ability to build trust and influence at multiple levels Effective, candid communication style Exceptional organizational skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues, management, and stakeholders Why join Sentrex?
