The Opportunity Were looking for a proactive and peoplefocused Workplace Experience & Admin Support Partner to join our Vancouver team. In this hybrid role, youll make sure our office runs smoothly, bring people together through engagement activities, and support HR programs that help our employees thrive. Youll also provide basic administrative support for multiple leaders across the company, so youll be a pro at organizing calendars, booking travel and submitting expense reports. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, thrives in a fastmoving environment, and is excited to play a key part in shaping employee experience. This role is Vancouver based and required to be onsite, in the office, at least 3 days per week. Additional days may be required when there are engagements or events onsite. The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $80,000 CAD per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, including performancebased bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. What Youll Do Be the goto person for our Vancouver office from facilities and vendor management, to creating a welcoming workplace. Organize office events, celebrations, and teambuilding activities that strengthen our culture alongside our Fun Committee. Be a critical driver of creating an amazing inoffice experience in general, with a focus on ensuring our robust coop program delivers a meaningful and memorable experience. Coordinate and manage complex calendars for multiple senior leaders, balancing priorities and ensuring smooth scheduling. Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and manage expense reporting accurately and efficiently. Prepare materials, coordinate logistics, and ensure meetings are wellorganized and documented. Assist with presentations, document formatting, and crossteam communications as needed. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Keep our office safe, organized, and running efficiently. What Youll Bring 3+ years of relevant experience in HR coordination, office management, or executive support roles (preferably in a technology or highgrowth environment). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills approachable and supportive. Comfort working with office systems, MS Office, Slack, SharePoint, or similar tools. High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. A proactive, handson mindsetno task too big or too small.
