Requisition Number: 210152 Key Responsibilities Rotate through departments, immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint. Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions. Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency. Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits. Required Qualifications Must have, or will obtain within six months, a Bachelors degree. Requirements Qualified candidates must possess a valid drivers license in good standing and meet provincial driving requirements for vehicles weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Coop or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role. A business or otherwise related academic major. A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities. Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
