Responsibilities Receive and interact with incoming Visitors Ensure Visitors review and acknowledge relevant policies and procedures when on Company property Receive and direct incoming calls Handle and sort all incoming and outgoing mail Arrange and prepare documentation for courier shipments Work with Travel Agency to fulfil travel requirements for employees Coordinate and order office supplies Order catering requirements as requested Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documentation as required by senior management Assist and provide support with Recruitment and Onboarding Assist with processing / posting of leave requests Assist with maintaining job descriptions and related training & development record keeping Assist the Human Resources department as required Qualifications Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Human Resources preferred Ability to manage multiple projects Ability to communicate with employees at all levels 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment Experience working with Microsoft Office Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Our diversity is our source of strength.
