Join to apply for the Stocking Team Leader role at London Drugs Overview The Stocking Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the Stocking Team members and ensuring the store is ready for opening. This team is vital to the operational requirements of the store and enhances our ability to provide the optimum level of customer service on the general sales floor. Although this is not a management position, you should have a desire to advance to management in the future. This is also a customer service position which requires customer contact. Applicants must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while at the same time providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner. Responsibilities Oversee the Stocking Team members and ensure the store is ready for opening. Provide customer service as part of daily duties; maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor. Work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality service on the general sales floor. Demonstrate good interpersonal, motivational, delegation and follow-up skills; accept responsibility and train others; monitor their work habits. Maintain a positive, mature, and professional leadership style; have a solid understanding of policies and procedures. Supervisory experience is an asset. Leverage merchandising experience and a sense of urgency; communicate effectively to excel in the role. Qualifications & Skills Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train others and monitor performance. Desire to advance to management in the future. Experience in merchandising and an ability to work with urgency; strong customer service mindset. Community involvement. Additional Details Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends, Monday through Sunday. Shift times may start as early as 5:00am. Starting pay will fall within the salary range indicated and may vary based on job-related experience, knowledge and education.
