What Youll Be Doing Coordinate tasks like a pro, keeping everything running smoothly Assign responsibilities and make sure your crew is set up for success Train, support, and supervise your team while keeping things positive Oversee the use of machinery and equipment (because safety and efficiency are key) Keep an eye on the budget and expenses (we like to stay on track) Troubleshoot problems and come up with solutions like a boss Keep managers updated on progress Monitor attendance and ensure everyones pulling together as a team Take care of tools and equipment with regular inspections, cleaning, and maintenance Promote and enforce health and safety procedures What You Bring to the Table At least 5 years of landscaping experience 3+ years of hands-on hardscape construction experience (plan reading, concrete work, elevations) 3+ years leading a crew and keeping things on track Know-how in site prep: drainage, grading, and bed preparation Paving installation expertise A solid understanding of landscape construction best practices The ability to adapt to ever-changing weather conditions A valid G license Benefits Company Vehicle Company-paid benefits (because we care about your well-being) RDSP Program to help you plan for the future Incentive bonuses (hard work deserves to be rewarded) Paid training & certifications to keep you sharp and growing Why CSL Group?
