About the Role: As our Project Manager, youll be the primary contact for our utility clients, ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments, including the Call Centre, Field Installation Technicians, Accounts Receivable, Safety Coordinator, and Management Team. Youll oversee the successful completion of projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What Youll Do: Lead with Vision: Develop detailed project plans that identify and sequence activities and tasks for successful project completion. Drive Success: Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Coordinate Efforts: Work closely with various departments to schedule, install, and manage data for water and gas meter installations. Ensure Quality: Maintain compliance with customer reporting requirements and ensure accurate installation data. Analyze and Report: Perform ad-hoc analysis and routine project reporting to keep management informed. Communicate Effectively: Interface with lead hands and installation team members to keep work on track. Oversee the Contact Centre: Manage and support the Contact Centre team, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations. Supervise and Mentor: Provide direction and support to 2 contact centre personnel. What You Bring: PMP Certification: Your Project Management Professional or equivalent certification is essential. Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience. Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop comprehensive models. Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Word. Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work. Results-Oriented: A track record of meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities effectively. Organized: A logical and organized approach to tasks and project management.
