Job Summary: The HR Operations Analyst will provide global support for the Human Resources team and is responsible for the day-to-day activities to help support HR business partners and leaders across Ticketmaster, as well as the transformation of HR processes to be scalable and technology-forward. Responsibilities: Serve as primary HR operations subject matter expert across employee lifecycle Support and facilitate the transition of HR operations activities from the HR business partner team into the central HR Shared Services group Provide primary or secondary HR operations support by processing system transactions, documenting process workflows, and implementing process improvements Participate and provide subject matter expertise in various technology enhancement, self-service and process improvement projects Partner with the HR management team to ensure consistent implementation of processes and programs Identify process gaps, improvement/enhancement opportunities and partner with manager to execute changes Requirements: Proven HR experience either as an HR operations analyst or generalist, within a large global business Strong understanding of labor law principles, market practices, and regulations on pay, benefits, and safety Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity while dealing with confidential information Ability to communicate complex processes and solutions while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor Proficiency in using HRIS and related systems, Workday preferred Company Culture: At Ticketmaster, we are committed to building a culture in which all people can be their authentic selves, have an equal voice and opportunities to thrive.
