An OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate picks, packs and dispenses online orders, ensuring high-quality standards and accuracy while adhering to safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. What You'll Do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with care to achieve On Time delivery to customers. Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar-named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes. Ensure picked products are of the highest quality (no damaged items, freshest product selection, etc.). Document and label all orders correctly through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and provide service to resolve issues. Maintain strict safety and food hygiene standards, keep a clean work area, promptly clean spills, ensure totes are clean, operate material handling equipment safely, and complete safety pre-inspection checks; demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organizations mission and values. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to procedures, productivity, safety, and quality standards; adapt to changing work assignments based on customer requests and delivery schedules.
