A Day in the life of a Customer Retention Specialist: Build strong customer experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email. Understand customers needs by providing the solutions that fit them best. Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products and how we can help them achieve their goals on a weekly and monthly basis. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by interacting with them daily. Support retail operations by managing customer accounts, collection activities, the merchandising and the maintenance of the store. Manage accounts receivables by monitoring overdue accounts on a weekly basis. Keep the store looking its best by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a customer-ready environment. Bring products to life by assembling and disassembling electronics and home furnishings as needed. Be part of the delivery experience by assisting the Delivery Driver with safely loading, unloading, and placing home furnishings in customers homes as needed. What We Are Looking For Excellent communicator who is people- and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and quickly learn a variety of tasks. Full class drivers license with a drivers abstract in good standing. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods is considered an asset. Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment). Some experience in a customer-facing environment. Comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
