As a freelance sales associate, you provide make-up application, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations, and create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. You may also contribute to in-store events and ensure high standards of visual merchandising. Responsibilities Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Offer makeup artistry, skincare, fragrance, and hair consultations as appropriate. Support in-store events and maintain strong visual merchandising to differentiate the store. Collaborate with a high-performing team to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Retail experience is preferred, but applicants with amateur experience demonstrating high creative and technical expertise will be considered. Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software. Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
