Join to apply for the Journeyperson role at Accu-Temp Systems We are hiring a Journeyperson (309A) to join our team. This person will work on customer sites within Ontario, Mondays to Fridays, 9am - 5pm. Overview Accu-Temp was founded in 1982 and began as an HVAC service company in the Waterloo Region. We provide 24-hour service and installation, now offering systems integration, resource management, and advanced analytics services. Accu-Temp continues to grow, building on our solid controls background. Responsibilities Working with the project manager and customer, oversee all electrical project install work at a job site. Install wiring, actuators, valves and sensors at construction sites according to the plan design documents, engineering drawings or blueprints. Create conduit bending for different pathways (metallic, PVC, EMT tubing pipe etc.). Terminate wires to building panels, units, thermostats, actuators, controllers, valves. Upon completion of install, collaborate with programmers to perform a point-to-point testing. Document electrical schematics on how wiring is installed. Plan and order/purchase materials required for the job. Ensure project work is completed on schedule and adjust based on differing trades and their needs. Oversee Electrical Apprentice on job site and provide direction as needed and other duties as assigned.
