What Youll Do As a Senior Manager, youll oversee complex client engagementsincluding audits, reviews, compilations, and advanced tax workensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality. Youll be a key point of contact for clients, working alongside Partners to provide thoughtful guidance and responsive service. Youll also play a central role in leading and developing our teammentoring staff, supporting those in the CPA program, and helping shape how we work through training, feedback, and process improvements. Your Impact Youll help create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow. Your leadership will guide junior managers and professional staff, helping them build confidence and technical skill. Youll contribute to firm-wide initiatives, collaborate on strategic planning, and help ensure our culture stays strong as we evolve.
