Your work environment at EXP This full-time, career-oriented position offers an opportunity to work with our dynamic engineering team in a flexible role focused on engineering and design within the oil, gas, and chemical sectors. You will be based in our Brampton, ON office as part of the Oil & Gas team. What a day at EXP has in store for you Develop, implement, and monitor CAD design standards and procedures in collaboration with project teams. Assist with technical issues, provide training, and oversee CAD system quality. Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiencies. Recommend best practices to meet or exceed project requirements. Train and supervise CAD users on application skills and standards. Maintain documentation of design deliverables. Foster positive relationships with colleagues, vendors, clients, and stakeholders. Ensure project documentation complies with client standards. What your experience looks like Minimum of 7+ years of practical experience. College diploma in a related field preferred. Strong understanding of AutoCAD, CADWorx, SolidWorks, NavisWorks, and SmartPlant software. Experience with 3D CAD development and rendering is desirable. Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in engineering or construction industries is preferred.
