What youll do: Oversee all aspects of our store, including leading a team of assistant store leaders, team leads, and advisors, as well as partnering with all areas of the business and vendors. Motivate, coach, develop, and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service. Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun! Oversee store KPIs (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health and safety). Maintain a healthy profit and loss statement. What were looking for: 5+ years of experience as a retail store manager managing a team of at least 65 associates and a store with over $10 million in volume. 5+ years of experience managing operational expenses and revenue. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-volume store. Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment. The first store(s) you will be placed in are Deerfoot Meadows or Sunridge. You will be permanently placed at any of our Calgary store locations (e.g., Calgary 17th Avenue, Deerfoot Meadows, Northland, Shawnessy, Sunridge, Westhills Calgary), and the ability to commute to these locations is required.
