Overview DEMAND PLANNER AT MASCO CANADA (Hybrid St. Thomas, ON Office) Build your future with Masco Canada! Masco Canada is looking for a Demand Planner to join our S&OP team. What you will do Reporting to the S&OP Manager, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining a robust demand plan by interpreting historical data, market insights, and cross-functional input. The Demand Planner bridges Sales, Production, and Purchasing to ensure alignment and deliver data-driven insights across the organization. The core goals are to minimize forecast bias, maximize forecast accuracy, and provide meaningful insights to support the Demand Review. This position supports service level performance, inventory health, and revenue alignment by ensuring demand plans are accurate, unbiased, and actionable.
