In this temporary position as Food and Beverage Client Service Specialist , you will have an opportunity to work and manage relationships with some of the worlds leading brands. The primary function of this role is to act as a single point of contact for our National Account clients and internal processing of their accounts as detailed below. This position is preferred to be based near our Katy Office location and is a hybrid position. What youll do Provide a high level of customer service in which dedicated support and interaction with our clients is the focal point. This is to include processing internal and external requests associated with the client In addition, this position will work with our technical group to ensure the quality of work and documentation meets ANAB requirements as well as internal KPIs In all tasks, ensure quality of data and timelines meet requirements in accordance with scheme and DNVs ICP and internal KPIs Coordinate planning efforts within the customer audit cycle while meeting requirements.
