What youll do Develop recurring business through effective client relationship building and collaboration with colleagues Lead proposal writing and shaping opportunities for medium-sized/complex clients Lead the delivery of complex projects, ensuring client satisfaction, effective project management and cross-team collaboration Manage client expectations and deliver high-quality work Mentor junior staff on compensation consulting projects, including peer review and finalizing deliverables Contribute to thought leadership/research and speaking on national platforms to enhance TELUS Health brand Engage in business development opportunities and contribute to firm-wide initiatives Qualifications Bachelor degree in Administration, Finance, Business, Accounting or related field Minimum 7 years of relevant consulting experience, or a mix of consulting and in-house experience with consulting as the majority Bilingual proficiency in French and English with excellent oral and written communication skills (Quebec candidates only) You have Demonstrates strong ethical standards and integrity with adaptability in fast-paced, high-impact environments Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences Strong business development skills with proven success in building client relationships and driving revenue growth What you bring Strong ethical standards and integrity; adaptable to fast-paced environments Analytical, detail-oriented; excellent communication skills Proven ability to drive client relationships and revenue growth Nice to have Master degree in Administration, Finance, Business, Accounting or related field Available Locations Three positions available across the following regions: Quebec, Ontario, and Western Canada Salary Salary Range: $135,000.00 - $170,000.00 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15% Actual total compensation will be determined based on knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location.
