Join our team and work hands-on with the world-class DHC-515 Firefighter (Waterbomber) in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Calgary, Alberta. We're hiring motivated Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Technicians Structures to support production and major modifications on De Havilland aircraft. What Youll Be Doing: Assist in the installation of structural components and modifications on the DHC-515 aircraft. Work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation to assemble, install, or repair aircraft structures. Learn and apply industry-standard structural practices using sheet metal tools, jigs, fixtures, and aerospace equipment. Participate in the Final Assembly Line (FAL) process and collaborate with skilled teams to meet production timelines. Ensure all work aligns with quality and safety standards, reporting any concerns to senior technicians. Maintain accurate documentation of tasks completed and follow all safety protocols in a fast-paced production environment. Who You Are: A soon-to-be graduate from Mohawk Colleges Aviation Technician Aircraft Structures Program. Eager to gain real-world experience and build your skills in a professional manufacturing setting. Comfortable working from technical documentation and following detailed instructions. A team player who thrives in collaborative, hands-on environments. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work safely with tools and equipment.
