1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants The Auto Mechanic 310S or 310T is responsible for the inspection, repair, maintenance, and diagnostic tests of the UPS vehicle fleet. Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Workdays: Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week) Shift Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week) Shift Duration: 8 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time) Hourly Wage: $31.00 per hour - after 90 days probationary period - $32.00 - after 90 days and 12 months - $33.00 - after 90 days and 24 months - $40.89 (current top rate 2025) Key Responsibilities and Duties Repair, inspect, and maintain UPS diesel, propane, CNG, and gasoline vehicles in a timely manner. Operate/test company vehicles within UPS facilities & on public roads. Requirements Possession of a valid Red Seal 310S or 310T license - Required Possession of essential Trade Tools and Equipment - Required Clean Driver's Abstract confirming: a) No violations/accidents for the current year (last 12 months) and no more than 2 violations for the previous 3-year period (last 36 months) b) No traffic violations/accidents within the last 12 months and maximum 5 demerit points for the previous 3-year period (last 36 months) Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) unassisted. Required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills Must successfully complete a Pre-Employment Road Test Compensation and Benefits 2 weeks of paid vacation after one year of service. 3 weeks of paid vacation after five years of service. 4 weeks of paid vacation after 10 years of service.
