About the role: Regional Maintenance Manager In this role, youll provide direct leadership to Facilities Managers in the field, focusing on continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence. Youll oversee equipment commissioning , develop and enforce maintenance best practices , and establish performance metrics to ensure maximum efficiency and safety across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include budget planning , vendor relationship management , and capital investment analysis . Youll be expected to mentor managers , assist in recruitment and training , and work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic insight on equipment life cycles and infrastructure planning.
