Your work environment at EXP As the Bilingual AP and Quality Control Reviewer, you will handle all Accounts Payable daily tasks, supporting the Manager of Accounts Payable & Treasury. Your responsibilities include: What a day at EXP has in store for you Contact suppliers to resolve invoice issues Perform daily analysis of vendor invoices Collaborate with Billing and Cash Application Departments Identify discrepancies and duplicate payments through weekly vendor file analysis Reconcile vendor statements and accounts Review and approve employee expense reports daily Conduct weekly cost analyses Enter Accounts Payable data into the system Reconcile vendor statements Respond to vendor and employee inquiries Organize workflows to meet deadlines Produce monthly AP reports reconciling Vendor Vouchers with the General Ledger Perform other duties as assigned What your experience looks like College Diploma or University Degree in accounting or finance Knowledge of CRAs Sales Tax regulations and applications Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 3-5 years experience in Accounts Payable Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel (advanced skills required) Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, including occasional extended hours Experience with Deltek/Vision (considered a strong asset) Bilingual in French is required About the company EXP provides engineering, architecture, design, and consulting services to support the worlds built and natural environments, driven by innovation, partnership, and a commitment to sustainable solutions.
