Responsibilities Verify information on New Business applications to ensure risk fits internal guidelines Upload New Business and Endorsements to insurance carrier portals Prepare and mail out client letters for New Business and Endorsements Contact help lines for company portals regarding issues and premium discrepancies Perform daily EDI downloads and process automatic invoicing Qualifications Enrollment in an accredited College or University insurance program is a benefit but not required 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not mandatory Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Knowledge of Power Broker and Applied Rating (Compu-Quote) is a plus but not necessary Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Care Disability and Extended Health Insurance RRSP Matching Program Employee Assistance Program Onsite gym access and tuition reimbursement opportunities Salary will be commensurate with experience.
