Core Responsibilities Develop and design frameworks, programming & solutions that enable lululemon stores to achieve strategic objectives Manage complex and intersecting projects, aligned to the NA Retail Strategy: manage roadmaps and timelines, prioritize work, communicate progress, identify risk, manage budgets, and ensure high quality deliverables Lead and influence functional and crossfunctional teams to design and deliver integrated solutions that enable the achievement of organizational goals and objectives Enroll retail leadership and partners in the vision, strategies and tactics to bring programming to life Analyze and process datasets to identify trends, discover insights, and drive decision making by providing clear recommendations and obtaining steer from stakeholders; drive discovery efforts to frame challenges and develop solutions grounded in operational insight Lead change management and influence learning efforts for relevant programming, identifying impacts, assessing readiness and developing change and learning activations Drive enhancements of operational practices to identify opportunities and improve outcomes and key performance metrics in NA retail stores Sustainment and continuous improvement through measurement, reflection, and iteration Qualifications 5+ years of retail leadership or retail operations experience required Experience leading in strategic programs and/or largescale projects with proven execution skills High level of discretion and judgement in the application of operational change principles in an organization Experience leading diverse, largescale collaborative teams and driving objectivefocused facilitation Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; ability to build relationships and collaborate Expert in project management tools including Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet Selfstarter, proven results in creating structure and strategy Must haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
