As an Operations Analytics and Order Fulfillment Specialist you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the order processing system, coordinating various projects, and leveraging analytics to drive informed decision-making within the organization. This multifaceted position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical prowess to ensure smooth operations and project success. Key Responsibilities : Order Processing: Manage end-to-end order processing activities, including order entry, tracking, fulfillment, and invoicing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Continuously evaluate and streamline order processing workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Address any issues or discrepancies related to orders and implement corrective actions as needed. Project Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for project coordination in the OM/Ops sphere, facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or obstacles, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Coordinate resources to support project objectives and deadlines. Analytics: Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract insights from data related to order processing, project performance, and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of order processing and project outcomes. Generate reports and dashboards to present actionable insights to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making. Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data analysis and industry best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in order processing, project coordination, and analytics roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex datasets. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with Oracle ERP considered an asset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and adapt quickly to new challenges and opportunities. Drop Ship experience is an asset.
