In this role you will be focused on driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with key customers, with an emphasis on sales strategy, account management, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Territory: Central GTA Business Development & Key Account Management Fabricator Channel: develop strategy, manage demand, maintain customer relationships, and act as primary business contact in the fabricator market. Contribute as a Fabricator team member to strengthen existing relationships and identify new opportunities. Develop strategy with peers and management to improve approaches and increase Caesarstones market share. New Product Introductions execute plans to introduce new products to market. Own the Fabricator channel fact base deliver Share of Shelf (SOS), Share of Wallet (SOW), and market intelligence to regional and SLT for decision making and tracking. Inventory Management daily review of open order reports and take rates; daily updates to the order management system (OFS). RMA/Credit Rebills/Warranty resolve outstanding balances and quality issues in a timely manner. Submission of Retail quotes as required. Monitor sales and invoice orders daily in Power BI. Business Development Manager A&D / K&B Channel: maintain and grow relationships, network to expand market share in the region; conduct regular customer visits and product knowledge sessions. Develop and execute sales programs, promotions and customer activities/events to increase volume, revenue, and profitability. Provide samples, literature, and other marketing tools in support of the brand and product. Proactively address customer issues; keep management informed of issues needing escalation. Maintain open communication with the Regional Sales Manager; provide regular input on account activity and weekly call reports. Collaborate with the Warranty Team to provide technicians with product knowledge. Utilize corporate sales database (CRM) for tracking, maintaining, analyzing and managing customer requirements. Monitor merchandising materials and samples in the region; support rollout of regional and national initiatives. Communicate internally to maximize opportunities with customers; support national trade marketing and marketing initiatives. Develop product and industry knowledge (attend industry events, trade shows, associations). Regular input and tracking of customer activity in CRM (Salesforce). Business Development Manager Builder Channel: be the primary relationship manager for defined territory accounts; promote Caesarstone brand and product through Builder Channel accounts and achieve increased SOS/selector lists as defined by the Regional Sales Manager. Own market insights, tender timelines, submission requirements, and commercial pipeline information. Provide samples, literature, and other marketing tools in support of the brand and product. Address customer issues proactively and keep management informed of escalations. Maintain open communication with the Regional Sales Manager; provide weekly input on account activity. Utilize and leverage corporate CRM for tracking and managing customer requirements; collaborate with the team to maximize opportunities. Maintain knowledge of product and industry through events and associations; generate quarterly targeted SPC and builder direct sales agreements as defined by the Regional Sales Manager. Follow up on builder proposals within two weeks of submission and manage target customer/project lists via Dodge and other market resources; track customer activity in Salesforce. Qualifications Qualifications & Skills: primary relationship manager for defined territory accounts; drive Caesarstone brand and maintain market insights; prepare and manage market data, samples, and marketing materials; proactively manage customer issues; maintain regular communication with the Regional Sales Manager; leverage CRM tools; build product and industry knowledge; manage proposals and market resources; maintain Salesforce data.
