Job Title

Under the authority of the National Sales Manager, Retail and Residential, the Sales Representative is responsible for selling our products and providing technical support to retail customers down to the store level. Meet with retail stores to present and support sales of our products. Monitor store performance and suggest adjustments to product offerings and promotional activities. Ensure proper display and stock of our products in stores. Benchmark Sika products against competitors and report findings to the National Sales Manager, Retail and Residential. Provide in-store training for sales associates and consumers as needed. Respond to customer complaints. Perform related tasks following Sika Canada Inc.'s quality assurance procedures. Evaluate performance based on achievement of objectives, annual reviews, and internal audits. Your expertise - Our strength Education: University or college degree in business, technical field, or equivalent experience in sales and construction (minimum 5 years). Proven success in developing and growing sales territories. Computer skills with willingness to upgrade. Complete Sika Canada Inc.'s training on all procedures (SMS, environment, health, safety). Bilingual in French and English is preferred, but not essential outside Quebec. Excellent communication, organizational, time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and travel frequently. Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to travel to remote areas. Going Beyond. Together.
