Were currently hiring a Client Service Representative Special Functions to help ensure those events run smoothly and leave a lasting impression on our clients. Key Responsibilities: Respond to event inquiries, conduct site tours, and help clients select the ideal venue for their event Lead onsite event setup, greet clients upon arrival, and serve as their main point of contact Remain onsite during events, using sound judgment to resolve any unforeseen issues Coordinate event logistics with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution Maintain an inventory of Special Functions equipment and report any issues to management Assist with administrative tasks such as client surveys, promotional campaigns, and correspondence Participate in team sales efforts and contribute to achieving departmental targets What Were Looking For: A personable, outgoing team player with strong communication and logistics skills Excellent judgment and problem-solving ability, especially under pressure Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and plan ahead A genuine belief that client satisfaction is paramount Bilingualism in French is considered an asset This position offers part-time hours (approximately 2025 per week) for a one-year term , with a pay rate of $20.00$21.00 per hour . A flexible schedule is required, including availability for weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
