Responsibilities As an Edward Jones financial advisor, you will build or expand your practice within your community, developing a book of business and providing personalized investment solutions to clients. Support and Training Each advisor is provided with a firm-supported office and an administrative team to assist with client services and marketing. We offer extensive training to help you succeed, including support for licensing exams and financial backing during your first four years of practice. Compensation Details Our new financial advisor compensation program supports your growth, including trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to four years, commissions, and new asset gathering incentives for the first five years.
