Job Description Position Summary The Rockwell Smart Process solution offers unified process control solutions utilizing the Rockwell advanced Integrated Architecture platform to enhance customer productivity and value. As Process Partner Enablement Leader, you will engage, coordinate, develop, implement, and drive enablement programs for Process System Integrators across Asia Pacific, promoting Rockwells Smart Process Automation Solution offerings. You will evaluate the effectiveness of curricula, instructional programs, and materials for our partner network to support these offerings. You will collaborate with Rockwell Automation Business units, Market access teams, regional teams, global engineering, and other stakeholders to develop and support our Process System Integrator communities, focusing on the Smart Process program. Maintaining communication with global and regional teams, you will ensure expectations are clear, and effectiveness is measured and communicated. You will leverage modern learning strategies, assessments, and instructional technologies to close knowledge gaps based on partner requirements, regional needs, and the Smart Process program. Your Responsibilities Define and execute partner enablement frameworks to grow and exceed the Smart process offerings growth targets. Work with regional engineering teams to assess partner strengths, identify capability gaps, and determine enablement needs. Develop tailored training plans based on partner needs, including formal, on-the-job, and e-learning modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to build and regionalize knowledge repositories, training materials, and resources. Coordinate and deliver training sessions, ensuring the availability of necessary technical resources and tools. Maintain communication with various teams to ensure alignment and measure program effectiveness. The Essentials - You Will Have Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. 12+ years of technical experience in process automation, with knowledge of ecosystem partner networks. Basic to moderate knowledge of market trends in Cyber, Digital, and Manufacturing Execution Systems. Exposure to service contracts roles. The Preferred - You Might Also Have Knowledge of process industry market trends and latest technologies. Experience in power, cyber/digital, manufacturing execution, or predictive control.
