Adhere to company security policies concerning shipping, receiving, and inventory corrections. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed store and personal performance standards Implement company initiatives according to leadership directives Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing products Verify accuracy of shipping and receiving documents (POS reports, packing slips, etc.) Ensure proper handling of all store inventories, merchandise received or transferred Ensure merchandise is properly sized Maintain a neat, organized, well-stocked area Communicate and resolve stock issues with Store Manager; coordinate with other stores or Head Office as needed Communicate stock replenishment needs to District Sales Manager, Distribution, and Buying/Merchandising Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Co-Manager Understand and embody the Little Burgundy culture Job Requirements Prior retail management experience preferred 12 years of retail sales experience Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment bilingualism as required (Quebec only) Willingness to learn Completion of training programs leading to Manager in Training or equivalent Ability to work evening and weekend shifts Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Stand for long periods Must be at least 18 years of age Age requirements may vary by territory or province English knowledge required to communicate with customers and head office in Nashville Pay and Benefits For comprehensive information on benefits, visit: Pay, commission, and bonus structure vary by role and location.
