Knowledge of Active Directory and support for MAC devices and tablets (preferred). Experience with service management tools like ServiceNow. Proficiency with EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office, and Outlook. Understanding of VPN, Lync, and mobile device support (preferred). Knowledge of ITIL processes.
