Under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will apply your knowledge and skills to provide safe and thorough basic care and services to residents. Key Responsibilities: Work within your full scope of practice to provide resident-focused care. Observe residents for changes in their condition and share observations for care planning. Assist and accompany residents in mobility and participate in community functions. Report any unsafe activities that could harm residents. Qualifications: Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide certificate course and registration in the Health Care Aide Directory. Fluency in English, both oral and written. Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills. Strong planning, follow-up, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and adapt within a demanding environment.
